Where can I attend a class?
We currently hold classes at two locations in Lancashire: Blackburn and Whalley. More info and addresses can be found on the Timetable page

What should I wear?
We recommend casual gym clothing and trainers (e.g. jogging pants, t-shirt, leggings)
What should I bring to a class?
• Plenty of water
• A towel

We provide all training equipment such as pads, shields and training weapons.

Do you hold women's classes?
Our classes are mixed, but we do hold one weekly class for women only. Find out more here: Women Only Classes
Can kids attend?

Can I train privately?
Yes, we offer private tuition. Find out more here: Private Tuition
I haven't exercised in a while. Can I still attend?
Absolutely – we welcome all fitness levels and abilities.
Can I attend a seminar if I've never been to a class?
Yes. Our seminars are open to everyone and are a good introduction to Krav Maga.
Do you have a grading system?
Yes, we have a belt system which can allow you to monitor your own progress, however it is not mandatory.
Can I practice at home?
You can. We have an online learning platform: Krav Maga Video
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes. We require all of our students to fill in our online waiver form prior to attending any classes or seminars. This allows our instructors to understand any health conditions, injuries or other restrictions which you may have. This information is never shared. We also ask if you are in any doubt about your health condition to please consult your GP prior to taking part.
